Festive Coffee Nog

  • 3 (1/2-gallon) containers vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 3 cups brandy
  • 2 cups coffee liqueur
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

This is the perfect drink to serve over the holidays or at a New Years party. It takes only 10 to 15 minutes to make and looks beautiful in a punch bowl. Make sure you place a cup of cinnamon sticks next to the Coffee Nog so everyone can garnish their drinks. If you love chocolate, shave some dark or white chocolate for your guests to sprinkle over the top or coat the rim of their glass.

You can also make smaller serving by adding 2 scoops of ice cream into a stemless glass/dessert bowl and pour in a shot of brandy and a shot of Kailua. Then sprinkle the nutmeg and cinnamon over the top and garnish with a cinnamon stick. It is super easy and delicious. Enjoy!



1) Place ice cream in a large punch bowl, stirring until smooth. Add liqueurs, stirring until smooth; sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
